A quiet retreat with privacy, and a chance to admire the occasional bug while listening to the forest's nighttime orchestra. We had lovely service and hospitality from everyone. At breakfast, Ngakan gave us his full attention and makes a wicked coffee. Aniek also deserves a special mention for handling our feedback and making things right so well.

The pool is wonderful, and the massages were great. Nyah Kuning is quiet and slow, with some really good places for coffee and food. It feels like the perfect place to stay, since you don't need to go into Ubud except for the occasional dinner.

I keep coming back to Villa Beji Indah, sometimes for whole months and sometimes just for a few days. It's my own little bit of heaven. The property is in a peaceful part of Ubud but only a few minutes from the usual spots. Its spacious, beautifully designed villas and rooms sit on a jungle cliff above lush greenery and a quiet river. The whole setting is gorgeous. The grounds are full of little discoveries. Each visit I find another hidden path that leads to a pretty waterside corner or a shrine. The staff are so warm, accommodating and attentive, and make it easy to feel at home. As a musician, yogi and artist, I find so much inspiration and real inner peace here. It's my reset button :) I'd recommend it for a wedding, a creative space, a retreat, or simply somewhere to unwind. Already looking forward to the next visit!

We had our wedding at Villa Beji Indah, and the place was stunning. Nita went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. The pools and grounds were very clean, and the staff were so helpful. The villa feels secluded and has a real jungle feel. The food served at the wedding exceeded all expectations: a delicious, fully vegan Indonesian buffet that impressed our guests. Meals ordered at the villa itself were a little expensive and portions were small, but takeout was very easy to arrange. I saw another review saying there was loud music all night, but our wedding was not loud. We finished at 10pm as required by our police and Banjar permit. My whole family stayed, and I can't wait to come back.

We felt completely safe and so well looked after at Villa Beji Indah. The staff were thoughtful, kind and smart, and went out of their way to help us. It's quiet and peaceful, set back from the main road, but still an easy walk to great restaurants like Galle Club and Sage. The grounds are gorgeous, a mix of lush landscaping and wild nature, with villas perched above the river. The lap pool is incredible, around 40 m long, with beautiful water and greenery all around. Our rooms were spacious and beautiful too. We absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend it.
