Honestly, the photos make the place look nothing like what I found. I was given a “de lux” room with mold everywhere. The mosquito net was dark grey, like it had never been washed. There were no covers on the bulbs, broken door handles, and mold, mold, mold...

For the same price, you could get something 100 times better at Mangosteen nearby. I paid 400 000 roupies for a room where the hot water, air conditioning, and WiFi all didn’t work. Seriously, what was all that money for? Check the room before guests arrive and look after them. We’re not wallets. We asked the guy for a discount and he said no. Avoid this place.

We had a great time staying here in ubud. The staff were good, the room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. There’s a tropical garden view, plus rice paddy views off to the side. I’d recommend the place and would come back.
