The service was excellent from arrival through the rest of my stay, and the welcome felt warm and professional. GITA was especially kind and lovely, always happy to help. Her friendly manner and genuine care made the experience even better. The hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend the hotel.

My husband and I spent five nights in a private two-floor villa with its own pool. The views were spectacular, and the place was very clean. Pest control seemed excellent, as we didn’t encounter insects. The spa was fairly good, including the couples signature massage and pedi meni. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Gita at reception, who made us feel so welcome. When I came down with the flu, she helped out, and the restaurant suggested warm ginger teas each day. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend it!

We were genuinely sad to leave. The food was delicious, and the massage was incredible, one of the best we’ve had. The whole place felt peaceful and sincere, and if we return, we’d choose to stay here again without hesitation. What made it special was the staff. Everyone was respectful, friendly, and truly committed to doing their job well. They greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel valued and comfortable throughout. As we were leaving, they came outside and stood in front of the hotel to say goodbye in person. That was such a rare and touching gesture. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Before leaving, I was already feeling both grateful we’d stayed and sad to go. The people were wonderful, and we can’t wait to return. The bungalow felt like a dream, with a beautiful forest view and birdsong every morning. The hotel’s atmosphere, smiling staff, and the way they remembered every request made the service feel perfect. Everything was very clean too. We enjoyed excellent massages and amazing meals at the restaurants, both dinner and breakfast. One small thing: there are two cats outside the hotel, one yellow and one black. If you’re able to bring a couple of packs of wet cat food when you visit, it would be lovely. If you’re afraid of cats, don’t worry, the staff keep them from getting close to guests. Making those sweet little creatures happy feels good too.
