Suryadina Guest House

We were very happy with our stay, and the owner and staff were polite and friendly. This was my second time at this Ubud boutique hotel. Last time we stayed in the other part, called Gus Arditya. Both areas are beautifully designed, with many kinds of trees and tropical plants. The birds are another difference from other hotels, and make it feel a bit like paradise. Thank you, Suryadina.

Gus, the homestay owner, deserves a special mention. He and the whole team were always ready to sort out questions or problems, and thanks in large part to them the stay was so pleasant. The location is excellent, just meters from Ubud’s busiest streets. My room and bathroom were very clean and had everything needed, with fresh, perfumed white sheets. The room terrace was incredible, and they brought a delicious breakfast every morning. This was the best accommodation I had in Indonesia.

A quiet little alley, but restaurants and the walking street are close enough to reach on foot. The owners are lovely, and waking up to birds singing was a treat. The room was clean and nice, with a small balcony outside. They provided washing soap and shampoo, and a modest but pleasant breakfast was included.

The compound is beautiful and the location is great, within walking distance of Goutama Street and Ubud Art Market. My husband and I loved it, and we’d recommend staying here. Mr Agus was really friendly, and breakfast was provided. It was reasonably priced and cheap for us. The room was okay, but we had no hot water, and the toilet cleanliness let us down. We really hope they can improve or keep it cleaner.
