The courtyard garden and view were beautiful, and I loved unwinding by the clean, cozy pool after a day in Ubud. My room was roomy, spotless, and had everything I needed. I stayed at Villa Cilinaya for two months, and felt at home from day one. The staff's warmth and care made me feel like part of a little family, and I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. I honestly don't want to leave. I'd happily return again and again. 🤎

We got a lot for the price here during our Bali trip. The room was roomy and very clean, and the bathroom was great, the best toilet we had on the trip. Toilets at Bali properties had been so bad for some reason. The pool was cool, and the whole place had a great vibe. Such an affordable stay with so much to offer.

We hardly used the kitchen, which was shared by two rooms, so that worked out fine for us. We were happy we picked this place. Our deluxe king room was spacious, with a big, clean bathroom, and staff tidied it every day without needing to be asked. Coming back to a neat room felt great. The resort is surrounded by lush plants and feels close to nature. It was a gem in the heart of Ubud, with the main spots nearby. We stayed five nights, and it was amazing.

It's an okay place for a night or two, and the location is nice, though you really need a motorbike since the area isn't walkable and the sidewalks have huge craters. The rooms are spacious and the view was pretty, but there were lots of mosquitoes and flies. Housekeeping switched off the AC and left the doors wide open, so bugs and lizards could get in easily. The wifi was unreliable, almost useless for voice calls, and the lighting was very dim. I didn't like the fuzzy, icky texture of one blanket, the towels smelled of mildew, and the shower gel smelled really yucky. They didn't provide basics like toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand towels, face towels, or floor mats.
