We found the area very peaceful, and our host responded quickly to our needs and requests. Our family had a great stay at Villa Firepool by Balisuperhost. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice fireplace by the pool. Cooking and massage services are available too. The access road is a little narrow, though our rented Hyundai Starex fit without any trouble.

We came to see the villa yesterday and were told the green, dirty pool would be cleaned by today. When we checked in, it was still in the same state, and the pool man said they'd deal with it tomorrow. That's very disappointing and unacceptable. We wanted to swim in the hot weather and now can't.

The rooms weren't clean and the pool was dirty, as the pictures show. A worker attacked us and told us to leave. I didn't feel safe here at all. Worst place I've ever visited. Don't go.

This beautiful villa has five bedrooms and a large pool, with a jungle view and easy access. You can light a fire pit in front of the sunken pool, which is where the villa gets its name.
