The private pool and calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind. Elmina Villa BHS was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were warm and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

We found rats running around the villa, and they got into the food we’d put away in the kitchen. Bugs and ants were everywhere too. The bathrooms smelled bad and the showers were very grimy. The villa was so dirty, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

The management seemed friendly and willing to help, but that didn’t fix the problems. The accommodation felt run down, the rooms smelled, and there was a lot of mold. The pillows had mildew stains, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the pool was broken and apparently leaking, which seems to be causing the room issues. There were also cockroaches and poisonous animals. One bite led to a hospital stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The house worked well for our large group, and Jeanne was incredibly kind and quick to respond. It was my mom’s birthday, and she arranged a cake for her. The staff were polite and kind too, 10/10 service. The only downside was that the house is a bit old and could use renovation. The pool also looked bigger in the pictures. Still, I’d highly recommend it.

This place was an absolute catfish. It’s outdated and so unclean, with bugs everywhere and rats too. The bottom room stinks. Do not stay here!!!!!
