No water, and the workers had no manners at all. They were talking behind our backs about how long we were taking to check out, even though it was still ten. The whole experience ruined our stay in Bali. Don't come to this hotel, bro.

The staff are the reason I’m giving this place five stars. They were genuinely friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. Thanks, guys 🫡 The rooms are spacious and have really nice balconies. Laundry and scooter rentals are available at fair prices, which was very helpful. The beds could be softer, but I could still sleep fine. My room didn’t have a fridge, though the staff kindly let me use the shared one.

Some rooms don't have a refrigerator, which seems odd, and there was very little hot water. They also didn't provide toothbrushes. The workers weren't friendly either. When my friend asked for the Wi-Fi password, they just told him to read it himself.

The pool was really nice, and we enjoyed our two nights here. Our room was clean, had air conditioning, and the staff were very nice. The place is right on a street and can be a bit loud, though we couldn't really hear the traffic in the room and the noise didn't bother us much. The toilet faces the shower, but that wasn't a problem for us.

They cancelled our booking on NYE and didn't send us any message. Quite a surprise to spring on my family trip.
