The Indonesian breakfast was delicious, and the place has all the amenities you need for a short stay. It’s right across from Indomaret. My room did have lots of tiny ants, which I wasn’t a fan of. /:

We stayed in transit before going to Warsambin and Mumes for KKN PPM Raja Ampat Berkisah. The facilities were good, and it’s close to the markets and business district. Everything goes quiet after 8 pm, though.

There are different types of rooms, and they all looked very clean. Rooms 480 and 420 looked great, with good mattresses. I also met someone nice at reception who spoke English.

I needed somewhere cheap to stay while waiting for my diving liveaboard, and found this hotel pretty decent. The Asian breakfast was decent too, and the WiFi worked well enough. Drinking water, both hot and cold, was available. The hotel was close to the local market, and I once walked to the harbour, which took about 40 minutes. Motorbike taxis are very cheap. I asked the hotel for a pickup from the harbour when I arrived, and they charged 75,000 rupees for a one-way transfer. That may not sound like much, but I paid only 40,000 rupees for two motorbike taxis, one for me and one for my suitcase, and it was fun too.

The place is clean and friendly, and the beds are good. The tap water smells like poo, but once it’s in the buckets it’s perfectly usable for washing. I’d recommend it and would come back xx
