Best City Hotel

There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and the hotel is in a great spot. Staff were excellent. When there was a leak, they dealt with it promptly.

For an affordable stay, I’d definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re just there for the night. The bed was really comfy, the blanket was thick enough with the cold AC, and the view was great. It was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom worked perfectly. They provide soap, shampoo, a toothbrush, and toothpaste, though the portions are pretty small for more than one night, so I’d bring my own. Service was friendly and helpful. I once accidentally locked myself out, and a staff member came to help. The TV isn’t smart, so there’s no Netflix or YouTube, but you can watch regular shows. I used to put on Next Level Chef on one of the channels while eating.

Room 208 was neat and tidy, and smelled good. The bathroom smelled nice too. The hotel has partnered with some brands for its body wash and shampoo, and those smelled pretty good. Nice work.

I had a good stay overall, and the price felt reasonable, neither too high nor too low. I spent three nights here. The hotel is well located near Tugu, the buffet breakfast tasted good, and so did the restaurant food. The staff were super friendly. There were a few issues. The Wi-Fi was terribly slow, and when I arrived late at night there were no towels in the room. Staff responded to my question right away, though. One morning the elevator stopped working, so I had to take the stairs from the lobby to the seventh floor. I treated it as exercise, but it could be a problem for elderly guests. Some small improvements would make the stay better.
