The mini zoo, playground, and children's activities were the big hit for our son. He enjoyed them so much, and the second-floor team was very accommodating. We'd like to try one of the thematic rooms next time. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. I was only sad to learn they serve mango sticky rice on Saturdays, so don't miss it if you stay here! Zulaikhah and Vicky looked after us each morning, and seeing them was a lovely start to the day. They were especially friendly with our 2-year-old toddler. We also tried room service and loved the salmon nasi goreng. We booked a five-night stay at the last minute after switching from another hotel, having seen Fortuna Suites' facilities and kid-friendly amenities on instagram. We traveled from Bandung and arrived late in the evening. The reception team was very responsive on WhatsApp and received the baby equipment I'd rented on our behalf. It was also my husband's birthday the next day. Even though I only told them the night before, they prepared a lovely surprise. Special thanks to Hafizh for arranging it. The room was nice, and the bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and steady hot water, exactly what matters most to me. We had a queen-size bed, and I would've preferred a king, but we booked late, so that was understandable. The AC seemed to have its freon turned off now and then, making the room warm, so I had to ask for help three times. There was construction noise in the morning from nearby rooms, but I assume that will stop when the hotel fully opens. We highly recommend the hotel for families, both for the value and the experience, and can see ourselves coming back. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable.

I stayed here on a business trip and was really happy with the attention to detail. The hotel is new, modern, Instagram-worthy, clean, cozy, and spacious for a solo traveler. The welcome cake had a card personalized with my picture, and even the welcome message on the TV had my photo 😍. The staff were warm and provided excellent service. The food was amazing and beautifully plated, a five-star culinary experience at a four-star price 🥰. Kids would be happy here too: breakfast kept them entertained, and there are lots of playgrounds for toddlers. Highly recommend this hotel.

We didn't know there was a mini zoo at the hotel when we booked. Our room was near it, and the music was quite loud and annoying. We could also see some animals showing repetitive behaviors in their small cages, which made them seem stressed. Seeing that every day and night from our window was very disturbing. We sincerely hope the zoo is removed and the animals are properly assessed and treated. We definitely won't stay again unless the zoo is removed.

The breakfast has a huge range, from pizza and pasta to Indonesian dishes, plus a coffee machine, ice cream, and a massive selection of sweets. There's a pool and an upstairs gym. Smoking is allowed on the upper deck, which is the one downside. It's a brilliant new hotel in a great location, with friendly, helpful staff. Kids have an outdoor playground and even a small zoo at the hotel. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quality place to stay with children.
