I was there alone, and I felt frightened and unsafe. The house was very quiet, the bathroom wasn't clean, management seemed chaotic, and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. I got an old room, and amenities weren't provided unless I asked. The worst part happened after I entered the room. Someone knocked three times, and I asked them to stop. On the fourth knock, they tried to open my door. I was shaking with fear. When I answered, it was the hotel manager. He said the man guarding the parking area wanted to borrow 50 thousand rupiah from me for the electricity bill. I said okay and closed the door again, though I could have refused. I was a guest who had booked three days and paid in full through traveloka, so why was the manager asking me for money? I only stayed one night. I packed right away and left, handing the money to the doorman. He didn't even know what it was for. I felt disgusted and just wanted to be safe. This was a very disappointing, chaotic experience. I hope the owner sorts out the staff and that this doesn't happen again. I'm sorry to leave such a bad review, but this really happened to me. Thank you.
