I had to wait two hours, from 2 PM to 4 PM, because there was no receptionist when I arrived to check in. The stay wasn't pleasant. There were no towels, the air conditioning was shared through a hole in the wall, and the only way to shower was with a bucket. This place needs a lot of improvement.

The service was really bad, and staying here was a shame. The room was a letdown too. The listing showed the bathroom inside, but it was outside. I got the front room instead of the one by the wall, the curtains were broken, and the AC was shared with the room next door, hahaha. It just wasn't comfortable, so I was disappointed.

I came all the way from PWT, tired and hoping to rest, but this place only made me feel more worn out. The room was extremely stuffy, and although it had AC, it wasn't cold at all. The walls seemed like plywood, and opening or closing the door made it feel as if it might collapse. I wanted to move, but my husband didn't let me because it was close to Alun Alun Kidul. They didn't provide a drink or a towel, either. The privacy was the worst part: when the guest next door went out, a mother came into the room. I thought maybe the guest had checked out, but they came back in the afternoon. I don't know where the mother was going or what she was doing. There's not enough privacy here, so be careful 💔💔. I really regret coming.
