The guard was friendly and cooperative, and quick to open and close the front gate when we went out. For the price, the stay was still okay, especially since the building is new and rooms in the 100s price range can be good value. But the first room had mold on the ceiling near the AC, possibly from a leak. I hope the owner cleans and sterilizes the residue. I asked to move, and the next room was full of rice field insects. They didn't make me itchy, but the room should be cleaned regularly. My advice to the owner is to improve cleanliness and check the rooms regularly.

For a monthly boarding house, this place is reasonably okay. As a property listed on platforms like RedDoorz or Agoda, though, I really wouldn't recommend the experience. We arrived to check in during the rain and had to wait outside our vehicles for someone to open the door. There was no property verification or re-registration, no ID check, and none of the usual accommodation procedures. We were also asked to wait while the room was “being prepared,” but it was only cleaned after we arrived. The room itself was fairly standard. The AC worked, and there was a TV with Netflix, which wasn't relevant for guests just stopping over. The bottled water was tiny, and its quality was below hotel or guesthouse standards. The bathroom was the main problem: there was no hot water despite the installed heater, the toilet flush didn't work properly, and it smelled. Towels came only on request, with just one supplied. The bidet was very loud. WiFi was very slow, even though it's a basic need for guests. Check-out was unprofessional too. The morning attendant had fallen asleep and didn't answer repeated calls. It's unethical to wake guests by touching them when they have limited time. We had to wait a long time for another attendant, who happened to be cleaning upstairs. The OTA contact person didn't seem reachable on WhatsApp, where our message showed only one checkmark. Management should contact them through their Agoda profile if they'd like a more detailed, honest, and realistic evaluation to help improve things. Hopefully service quality improves for OTA guests.

Found an inexpensive, cheerful place, and it's really comfortable 🥹 It's so clean and tidy that it makes you want to stay longer, hehe.
