The room was good, but the service wasn’t. There were no towels or mineral water. The boarding house was hard to find and the area wasn’t very strategic.

Okay.
2/10
Couriers seem to have a hard time with this boarding house. Residents often order packages with COD, but they’re rarely there and can be difficult to reach. I hope the owner and local RT can help, because this causes couriers considerable trouble.
2/10
The phone numbers shown in the reviews and Q&A don’t seem valid. They all look fraudulent, especially the ones listed for the business owners. Every number I checked with Get Contact failed, and other apps such as True Caller tagged them as “Scammer Impersonating a Boarding House.” It’s unfortunate the boarding house owner wasn’t monitoring the business Maps account. If inaccurate information had been spotted, it could have been removed right away.
10/10
It’s quiet and comfortable, with fairly complete facilities. Places to eat are nearby, and the city center and Malioboro aren’t too far away.
