The room itself was fine, but the guard was annoying, snappy, and unfriendly. There have already been many complaints about him, so why hasn't the owner acted? I really want the owner to replace him right away so residents can feel comfortable. Thank you.

I wouldn't really recommend this boarding house. The owner never seems to check on it. Before someone moves in, the room should be cleaned, but the shower hose and faucet are moldy, and there's black mold on the ceiling too. I paid a lot, but the service wasn't satisfactory. The guard is so fussy and can't even open the gate or let a motorbike in. Please replace him.

I've visited boarding houses many times, but this was the first time I wasn't allowed into my friend's room. Guests are told to use the living room on the 3rd floor. We only went into the room to pack and get ready, and she scolded us, saying things like, "if you're at home, you're in the room too, blah blah blah." We'd been upstairs earlier and were just getting together and preparing. Then she banged on the room. How are you supposed to put on a hijab and get ready outside the room? It's ridiculous. I don't recommend this guard. She's curt and annoying. Please replace her.

I read the reviews and saw that the boarding house keeper named Yayuk apparently hasn't changed, haha. She once had a fight with me. The husband and wife are both weird and annoying, and they like meddling in other people's business. She charges guests however she likes. Doesn't the owner read the reviews? Haha.
