The price was low, but the room felt exclusive, and I really liked the pink color and interior. It had a refrigerator and mineral water dispenser, plus an indoor pool on the upper floor. The staff were kind and polite, and I enjoyed a comfortable stay for 4 days and 3 nights. I’d recommend this guest house to backpackers. Thanks for the hospitality, Premier Exclusive Guest House in Kotagede Yogyakarta. Keep up the good service! 🤩😍👍♥️

The room matched the pictures, and both the price and location were good. The staff were super friendly, too. But the bathroom was really dirty, with fungus all over. I almost skipped showering, and had to brush the shower head before using it.

Be careful with this place. Neighbors have warned about what they say is a scam: they claim the same room is double- or triple-booked, then refuse to provide it or refund the money. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you enjoy a stressful visit.
