The location is a big plus, just a few steps from Malioboro Street. We booked four rooms in different categories in July. The Junior room was spacious, clean, and had a mini fridge, with the option to add an extra bed. The Superior was tighter, but the floor was clean and it came with a kettle, cups, coffee, sugar, tissue, and toiletries. The toilets were clean, and both the shower and sink worked properly without clogging. Check-in and checkout were smooth, though having to reactivate the room card every time we wanted to enter was odd. Breakfast was good enough, and there’s a small fish pond at the hotel.

The restaurant was especially good, and the staff were quite nice. But construction on the roof was unbelievably loud, with the walls and floor vibrating, so we couldn't rest in the room. Yesterday we asked them to stop, and they paused for a while before starting again. We asked once more and it stopped, but today it began again at 10:00 am. It was impossible to stay in the room with that noise.

The hotel feels bright thanks to the glass roof letting in natural light. My room was clean and roomy enough, and the bed was comfortable. Malioboro is an easy walk away, and even though breakfast was standard, there are lots of tasty nearby options, including the legendary gudeg mbok lindu. For a 3 star hotel in such a strategic spot, I think it's worth the price.

I was in Jogja on a business trip, and Malioboro was only a few steps away, with its lively, never-sleeping feel. The food was good for a 2 star hotel. It was a memorable, amazing trip, and I hope to come back.

I’ve visited a couple of times, and each stay has been satisfying for a hotel in this class. The atmosphere is mixed with local life, so street food is easy to find and cheap, and there are visitors from all over the world around. Malioboro Street is very close too, with souvenirs and other things you might want to buy as gifts from Yogyakarta. Worth trying.
