There’s hardly any air or light in the room, and the window is only 10 cm from another wall, so there’s no view either. It’s horribly stuffy and dirty, especially the bathroom. The sheets were ripped, and the one towel for two people smelled bad. The whole place smelled of mold and dust.

I left after 15 minutes and booked another hotel. The room looked nothing like the pictures, had no daylight, and smelled moldy. Everything seemed old and ready to fall apart. It was disgusting.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the place is close to Malioboro. My room was a bit dirty, particularly underneath the bed.

The bathroom and bedroom both had an unpleasant smell. At least it’s near Malioboro’s main street.
