The AC barely cools the room, which smells dusty. The bathroom was dirty and smelled especially bad.

The location is very convenient. I stayed two nights after booking through Traveloka, though I later remembered I also had the Reddoorz app. At check-out I returned the key, was greeted with a smile, and got my ID back. I hope the hotel fixes the things that need attention. Thanks for hosting me while my son competed in the Gelora Taekwondo Indonesia Championship at the Amongrogo Sports Hall. I arrived in the afternoon and reception welcomed me with a friendly smile. They held my ID as collateral. I was in room 223, which smelled fresh, probably because staff had just sprayed perfume. The lock didn't feel secure enough, and the door was cracked. The room was tidy and had cold AC, a TV I didn't use because I don't like watching TV, and a small, thin blanket. There was just one small towel for my wife and me. The bathroom had a toilet, a small shower, and warm water from both the shower and tap. The drain was slow and water pooled for a while. The sink was stained and dirty; its drain ran into the wall and then into the bathroom, where water beetles were on the floor. There were bins inside and outside the room, a lounge chair outside, and a dressing table in the room. When I checked out, the bed had been made again. I thought staff would clean the room during the day between the two nights while guests were out. Thank you 🙏

I was disappointed and wouldn't want to stay here. The water was clogged, there was no hot water or drinking water, and the staff were unfriendly. I was also charged local taxes each day. Staff said that's what they were, but I thought hotel prices usually included taxes. I only just learned I'd have to pay them, and the amount kept increasing every day. I'm worried these might be illegal levies, though I don't know. I hope they just remove the charge from this hotel.

I booked well in advance through the app, where tax was already included, but at the hotel they asked me to pay tax of about 25% of the room price. The app hadn't included it after all. Usually, booking a hotel on an app doesn't come with extra costs unless you upgrade the facilities or services. The service was poor, and the receptionist was very rude.
