RedDoorz Syariah @ Griya Izzara Guest House

I arrived around dawn and was able to check in early for just 50,000 rupiah. The room was roomy, with cool AC, hot water, towels, soap, toothbrushes, and two bottles of mineral water. It’s also handy for food, with plenty of restaurants nearby from breakfast through dinner, and Bang Udin is close enough to walk to for a massage.

There are lots of food sellers nearby, and Izzara mini supermarket is right out front by the main road. The place is decent for taking it easy, with a small kitchen table and fixed sink in the room, plus tables, chairs, a wardrobe, digital TV, and a Daikin AC that gets really cold. They provide towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and liquid body wash, but there’s no hot shower. One thing to be aware of, a concrete structural beam runs above the middle of the mattress.

I stayed in May 2026, and for under 200 the place is pretty good value. There’s an Izzara Mart across from the guesthouse for water and snacks, though it closes before late night. Plenty of small shops are around, and there’s a cafe out front too. The parking entrance is awkwardly high where the road meets the paving, and my Vario 125 often scraped or got jolted there. The room itself had cold AC, a sturdy table and chairs, lots of hangers, and windows that opened and shut easily. The sink was clean and drained fine. The sheets were dirty, and the pillows marked reddoorz smelled of drool. The cupboard was musty with lots of white mold. The bathroom is inside the room, but its door has no lock because it was removed. Some cutlery holders were crusty. There were two towels, one good and one bad, so I was glad I brought my own. I didn’t use the TV, so I can’t say whether it works. There’s no breakfast, but a guard is there around the clock and the gate stays open.

I booked through the app before and had a great stay, with really good facilities. I’d like to make another booking now. Does anyone have a WhatsApp number I can reach?
