Fairly clean.

There’s no hot water or Wi-Fi. I asked management for the Wi-Fi password, but never got a reply before I checked out. I didn’t actually need to cook, either.

On January 29, 2025, checking out turned into a very disappointing experience. We were held up and asked to pay for damage to the room’s TV. The screen was blue, and they said the LCD was damaged and wanted 250 thousand - 500 thousand for repairs. They told us the room had been checked before we entered and that a damaged room wouldn’t be used. We hadn’t tampered with the TV, and didn’t report anything because we didn’t know it showed a blue screen when switched on. The staff should have checked it before we checked in. Around the same time, another guest had a serious problem with a door that wouldn’t lock. They initially kept quiet, thinking they could manage it, but it still wouldn’t lock at checkout. It seems the staff there aren’t following SOP properly. I feel this place is playing games by accusing customers of damaging facilities to cover repair costs. I ask the OWNER to supervise the staff and follow up, especially with the employees who work from late night until noon and are responsible for checks before customers CHECK IN.
