The pantry has a working microwave and hot and cold water dispenser, plus free coffee and tea. The stovetop is damaged and can’t be used. There’s very little space to work, so you’ll need to go somewhere else if you plan to get work done. The friendly staff and adequate shared facilities made my two-night solo stay in Yogyakarta a great experience. Each floor has two spacious, clean bathrooms in good condition, and there’s a shared kitchen on the first floor. My locker fit a medium to large backpack. The sleeping units had good temperature and air circulation, and the clean, comfortable room was as advertised. I’m 180 cm and had plenty of room to move around. Great value for the price.

There’s free water, tea bags, and coffee that you can make yourself, and the bathroom seemed good to me. Just keep your expectations in check: it’s literally a capsule, basically a bed with no extra space. I think Bobobox would be a better choice.

The locker area is made of rough cement, and its sharp surface damaged my backpack, so I hope they improve that. The capsule itself had enough room for me, with a power outlet, regular and sleeping lights, a mirror, and a pillow. I liked the bathrooms and everything in them worked. My QR code didn’t open the capsule at first, but the staff fixed it quickly. A good stay overall.

It’s near pasar Kranggan, where the cultured meets. The wooden interior is nice, the sheets were clean, and I ended up loving my capsule a little too much. There’s no AC inside it, though. The hallway AC blows through a small vent, so if you can’t handle heat, you might want to think twice. Still, I loved this place for a solo trip.
