The Alana Hotel & Conference Center Malioboro Yogyakarta

Even during Ramadhan, all the staff gave us excellent service and we got the best compliment ever. I was happy to spend two nights here. On our next trip to Jogja, we’ll definitely have another great experience at Alana.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, and dinner offered lots of delicious options too. My room was spacious and cozy, and everything was spotless. The whole hotel was very clean, which helped me feel relaxed, and the staff were warm, attentive, and excellent throughout my stay. It was a very pleasant visit, and I’d happily come back.

I was on the 6th floor for my 4 days and 3 nights at The Alana Hotel & Conference Center. Housekeeping came every day, replacing the towels and bath mat as well as cleaning the room, so it always felt fresh. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. There was a broad breakfast selection, including chicken porridge, mung bean porridge, pecel, spaghetti aglio e olio, French toast, and waffles with honey. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, and there are plenty of places to eat within about 20 minutes. I had a very pleasant stay and would consider returning.

The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful despite the peak-season crowds. Service remained consistently excellent. During my stay at The Alana Malioboro Yogyakarta from 26-28 December 2025, the room was impeccably clean and well maintained. Its location near Malioboro Street made getting around Yogyakarta easy, including trips to the Kraton, Ngasem Market, Taman Sari, and other cultural attractions. A refined, comfortable stay with superb hospitality. I’d highly recommend it.
