The Packer Lodge Yogyakarta - Hostel

Food, shops, and convenience stores are all close by, and ordering delivery is easy. I also felt quite safe in this great location. The receptionists were friendly and quick to respond; when one room's AC leaked, they fixed it fast. We stayed three nights on a school trip. The hostel was comfortable, and the rooms were clean and nice, though a few felt humid until we turned on the AC. Keep in mind there are only stairs, no elevator, and most beds are bunks. The rooms are small, so large luggage may be hard to manage. That could make it unsuitable for older guests or people with mobility issues. I was happy here and would return someday.

Everything is close because the hostel sits in central Yogya. The staff are lovely and happy to help, and they introduced us to Indonesian dishes and fruit, which was fun. The rooms were clean, with each bed in its own cube, so it feels a bit like having a private room. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Right beside malioboro Street, this hostel has really comfortable beds and roomy little capsules. There's secure storage with a swipe card too. Great hostel, highly recommend.

Everything is within walking distance, and there are lots of good food stalls in the alley. The hostel itself is very comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they even let me try some gado gado. They can also arrange tours.
