Rooms are clean and spacious, each with its own theme, and the hotel is great and relatively cheap. Breakfast is only so-so, with little variety. There was just one staff member in the breakfast area handling guests, replenishing food, and cleaning tables. They should hire more people, especially during the holiday season.

The room felt too small for me, and even though we asked, there was no kettle. The AC machine was super loud!

We were able to get to destinations easily since the hotel is in the middle of the city. The bed was comfortable for resting before setting off, and the toilet was very clean. The staff were polite, and thanks to Mas Wahyu for helping us. I especially liked their Nasi Goreng. Highly recommended, and thank you!

The staff were nice and helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was so-so and had run out before 9:30. There was a lot of waiting for the lift since they have only one for eight floors. I was in a family room on the eighth floor.

Very affordable, clean, and well cared for. Each floor has its own theme, which I really liked. Hot water matters a lot to me in a place to stay, and it worked really well here. The staff were friendly and quick to respond when I needed something. Highly recommend.
