Kopiori Villa has a great location and stunning views, but the room conditions and cleanliness spoiled our stay. The bidet and sink didn't work, the stairs were filthy and slippery, and there was no WiFi. The room was poorly maintained, and the breakfast wasn't worth it. The fried rice was the worst I've had. For the price, I expected better amenities and upkeep. They should drop the fried rice and serve hot rice with a simple omelette instead.

The view from villa 2 was very good, and villa 3 turned out to have an even better one, though guests need to be up for climbing the stairs. We stayed at Villa Kopiori, right across from Indrayanti beach, and parking was free. The rooms were clean, with a TV, kettle, coffee, and tea, and the bathrooms had hot showers. Breakfast was fried rice, but the taste was a little off. There are large signs saying only villa guests may enter, yet plenty of beach visitors seem to ignore them or not read them and go into the guest area.

The private pool was beyond what we expected, and the room was clean. The staff all greeted us with warm smiles and were very helpful. Kopiori left my family and me speechless, with so many memorable moments. Bravo!
