The food was really nice, just superb quality, and I had a very enjoyable meal. Service was great too. The staff were attentive and kept checking that we had enough water. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Thursday burger night is such good value. I had the porterhouse burger with a glass of Malbec for €20. It’s a great place to eat before heading to the local cinema, and I’m looking forward to trying something from the main menu next time.

The meal was one of the best I’ve had in Ireland. Even simple things like chicken and potatoes were beautifully presented and clearly made with care and attention to detail. My room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member I met went out of their way to help, always with a smile. The Coach House Hotel feels like a place where people still matter, which you notice as soon as you walk in. I’ll gladly make the effort to return as often as I can.

Music was blaring downstairs until 1:45am, so it was a terrible night’s stay. Breakfast was advertised from 8:00am, but a staff member told me it wouldn’t be available until 9:00am. I was staying for work and needed to leave early, so that really didn’t work for me. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hospitality was great, and everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help. I spent four days at the Coach Hotel in Ballymote in November and had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and there’s a nice restaurant and lounge area. I can’t say enough good things about it, and I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the Ballymote area.
