Everything was ready when we arrived, just as we'd agreed for the meeting room. The staff were friendly and really helpful. A very good experience, 5 stars. We'll be back.

I stopped in Bandon planning to get takeaway, but checked whether the hotel was serving food and ended up trying the Irish Guinness cottage stew instead of the turkey and ham roast I'd been considering. The beef was cooked until it fell apart, and the flavours were lovely. It was a huge portion and quite a challenge to finish, but a really tasty, hearty Irish meal. The stew and a glass of coke came to €20, which felt like great value. A slice of soda bread or something similar to dip in it would have been a nice option. The staff were great and accommodating. It was busy, with a darts event on, yet still felt relaxing. The hotel seems to cater for lots of different occasions. I was surprised there wasn't an up-to-date menu on Google maps. The food deserves more promotion, and it worked well for me as a solo diner. Affordable and enjoyable, definitely worth trying.

Right in the middle of Bandon, and it's kid friendly. The food wasn't great, though, and the hotel needs an upgrade. They could also use more staff for parties and weddings. They gave a recent glass of wine. I'm sure it's great value.

The private room worked really well for our group of 27-plus, especially with so many young kids who could play there. It looked newly renovated, and the decor and colours made the room feel lovely. The food was hot, full of flavour and nicely presented, with good portions and a great choice. The vegan and vegetarian dishes were carefully prepared and just as delicious. We celebrated our baby's christening at the Munster Arms in Bandon and couldn't have been happier. Mary was an absolute star, managing everything smoothly at very short notice after unforeseen circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole team were warm, professional and attentive. Nobody felt rushed, and every guest was looked after. We're grateful for the wonderful memories from such an important family day, and we'd highly recommend the Munster Arms for events of any size. Thank you!

On my way to West Cork, I stopped in for lunch. The food was nice, came quickly, and was very reasonably priced. Worth a visit if you're in Bandon.
