Base Accommodation Dingle

The Base sits at the point of Dingle's triangle-shaped main road, so getting around was easy. The Harbor and all the Pubs were a short walk away, with plenty of breakfast and dining choices within 2-5 minutes. There's a grocery store next door, and a farmers market across the street on weekends. The rooms were a good size, and the windows opened for fresh air. Great place, within walking distance of everything.

Sharon and the rest of the Team were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect in town. All the shops, restaurants and Harbor are an easy walk away. The rooms were clean and simple, and I liked the fridge with a phone charging base on top. Dingle was one of our favorite places in Ireland. If we go back, we'll definitely stay at Base Dingle again.

The location was great, and the staff were very helpful and ready whenever we had questions or needed something. The room, though, wasn't what I'd expect for the price. There were large carpet stains that I guessed might be mold. They seemed to grow during our stay, and the room got musty. The window latches didn't work and looked as if they might fall out when open. Paint was peeling from the sill and getting into the bed and onto anything left by the window. The bathroom was mostly clean when we arrived, if you ignored the walls, the back of the door and the plumbing fixes in the shower. The water kettle was the most concerning part. I don't know how long the water had been sitting in it, but something was definitely growing there, and it wasn't easy to clean.

The staff were really helpful and told us their favorite places to go. We mentioned at a pub that we were staying here, and some locals had nice things to say about it too. The rooms were spacious and clean, parking was easy to find, and the location was great. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!
