Josephine and her husband were so kind and attentive, and I really appreciated all their thoughtful little touches. The bed and breakfast is lovely, beautifully cared for and tastefully done. I'd recommend it, and would definitely consider staying again if I'm in the area.

The hosts are lovely, very friendly and helpful. It took us an easy 20-minute walk to get from this beautiful B&B to Bantry's main street, so we didn't need the car. There's a stunning view, and the property is finished to a really high standard. Our spacious bedroom was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a massive bed. Breakfast had lots of choice, was nicely presented, and the cooked portions were generous and tasty. I can't recommend the place enough.

We had a lovely stay in Bantry. Josephine and Barry were perfect hosts, and breakfast was delicious. The location was quiet, our bed was great, and our upstairs room had a beautiful view of the bay. You could probably pay more, but I don't think the stay could be better.

Josephine was so friendly and a wonderful host. We had a gorgeous, clean and comfortable room overlooking the bay, with lots of delicious breakfast options. Absolutely fantastic, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The view from the house, which sits a little uphill, was stunning. I admit I was a bit jealous. Josephine and her husband gave us plenty of recommendations, sights to see and directions, and you could see how much they love their country. Ask them for suggestions. The house is far enough from the main road that traffic noise wasn't noticeable, and the large roadside sign showed us where to turn. It's tidy and lovely inside, and the rooms were much brighter and more modern than the Google pictures. Everything was very clean, including the en suite, and there was nothing to complain about. A1 category. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal, plus cheese, salami, ham and different breads. Josephine also offered a freshly made hot breakfast from a menu at the table. We arrived late in Bantry after trying several other B&Bs, then Josephine welcomed us with open arms. She was so kind that it felt like being at my aunt's house back in the day. My wife, sister and I all wanted to say thank you, and we'll definitely return to this beautiful place and its lovely people ❤️
