Trish was a lovely host and pointed out some fun places to check out during the Galway International Art Festival. Our room was clean, had plenty of outlets, and even had converters available to buy for my devices. From the Lynfield Guesthouse it's a short walk to downtown Galway, the Spanish quarter with its lively pubs, and the docks where you can catch a ferry to the aran islands.

We arrived late, but Trish still gave us a warm, friendly welcome and made us feel at home. The room was roomy and had everything we needed. Eyre Square was an easy walk away, and there was a bus right outside. We'd definitely return.

The quiet area was a nice bonus, even though Lynfield B&B is only a short walk from the city centre. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the hosts made us feel at home right away. We had an amazing stay in Galway, and I'd highly recommend the place if you want somewhere charming and comfortable.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and well looked after by the kind, hospitable hosts. They offered lots of ideas for things to do around Galway. My room was very small, but clean and adequate for me. Parking around the Guesthouse was easy, so I could leave the car there for the stay, and everything in Galway was within easy walking distance. I'd definitely stay again.

The location was great, and the staff were nice. One woman gave us such a good travel recommendation that it made our day. Our downstairs room wasn't great: we heard every conversation and door opening, and the shower gel seemed to be the same as the soap. It's not the worst place to stay. Probably better for younger travellers than couples.
