Tanya was so understanding when things at home meant I had to cancel on Monday and rebook on Wednesday. She was a delight through booking and during our stay. The apartments look like a little cottage and are stunning, seemingly brand new, with classy marble, stonework, and decor. It’s an ideal spot for a stroll into town for pubs and restaurants. We’ll book again when we’re back in Buncrana.

Tanya was really helpful with the booking and any questions we had. We’ve just got home after four nights in an amazing apartment, with standout decor, spotlessly clean and everything provided. Would definitely recommend, and we’ll be back.

The place was clean and well located, but we ran into a few issues. On arrival in late March it was so cold indoors you could see your breath, and it took hours to warm up. The shower leaves almost the whole bathroom floor wet, making it slippery, so you’ll need to use a body towel on the floor and wipe up the water it misses. Hot water is regularly switched off at the thermostat, which means you might not have any in the morning. Parking was difficult when the other of at least two rental units took up most of the space. There was also constant beeping from the neighboring unit, not the second rental, and it could be heard throughout ours.

Tanya really goes out of her way to help with everything and make your stay a good one. The modern apartments are amazing, spotless, and have all the mod cons. You can walk into Buncrana town, and it’s a great base for exploring Donegal. We stayed three nights in August and will book again next year when we return.
