Forest Park House B&B

We stayed over the 12th Bank Holiday weekend and felt at home thanks to Helen. Forest Park House is beautiful, surrounded by gorgeous scenery and lots of history, right beside Lough Key, Forest Park. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Helen. We’ll definitely be back. 💐💖

Helen welcomed us earlier than we expected and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, and Helen’s breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal for exploring away from the hustle and bustle.

The dining room is spacious and looks out over a lovely garden, with the option to eat outside if the weather and space allow. Helen was a marvelous host, and I enjoyed several conversations with her during my stay. I was in Boyle for personal reasons and found the room bright and very clean, with strong WiFi, a flat-screen TV, spotless bathroom and shower, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, with options from a full Irish to muesli, fruit, and yogurt. The locally sourced food was delicious, and there was fresh-baked brown soda bread, as well as tea, coffee, and juice. If you’re visiting Boyle or nearby, I highly recommend treating yourself to at least a night at Forest Park House. You won’t be disappointed.

The building is beautiful and right beside a wonderful park and estate. It was my first time in Boyle, and our host made us feel very welcome. For this kind of accommodation, I couldn’t find anything to fault, and breakfast was a real treat.
