The quiet room and peaceful view were exactly what I needed while I was in Cavan for a wedding. I barely heard the other guests coming and going, and the house was beautiful and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious too. Jean was wonderful from the start: she met us outside when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. When I became sick, she helped me get an appointment with a doctor and even drove me there. I don't think I could have made it to the wedding without her help. I'd give the place and Jean a hundred stars if I could. If I get back to Ireland, I'll definitely visit Farnham View and Jean again. Thank you, Jean, for such an amazing stay.

We booked the whole house for three nights with a big group, and it was perfect. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable and there's plenty of parking. Our host was brilliant, easy to reach and very helpful with local activity suggestions.

The host was polite and welcoming, and the house felt very homely. We booked the entire place and enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and in a great location, with clean rooms, good beds and a TV in every room. Breakfast and the kitchen facilities were very good.
