A fridge in the room would've been useful, since there wasn't one. Still, this is a charming place with large, spacious rooms, clean modern bathrooms, and excellent facilities. It feels like a genuine four-star hotel, with very professional staff. The extra heater in the room was a real plus in the cold weather.

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. The room was very big, with enough lights and sockets, a kettle for tea, and two cartons of water. I could crack the window for fresh air, and the room heater worked well. I did miss having a heater in the bathroom, and it took a while for the shower water to warm up. I didn't use the spa, but the swimming pool looked nice and the kids seemed to have lots of fun. There were several breakfast choices and a nice bar. Parking was free, with Lidl, Aldi and Tesco nearby.

The hotel was very helpful before we arrived, answering my questions about whether the rooms would suit us and easing my worries about handling the kids and my dad by myself. I was there with my 11 and 13 year olds and my disabled father, and both the family room and his accessible room worked perfectly. We had a great time at the pool and in the bar, and breakfast was excellent, with great service too. It's a modern hotel close to town and useful places like Tesco Extra, a laundrette and a petrol garage. Visiting the Shrine was easy. I was coerced into going as a child and wanted my kids to have the same experience. It was great overall. Mayo is a very underrated county for tourists.

The staff made us feel welcome and were always ready to help, and I really liked the cozy feel of the place. My room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, and breakfast was excellent. Mc William Park Hotel in Knock is a great base for exploring beautiful Mayo. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

On my way to Sligo, someone at the local petrol station suggested I stay here, and I'm glad I did. The staff were amazing throughout. Mr.Rory Bowen is a real credit to the hotel, one of the most attentive managers I've come across as a corporate executive who stays here. After the Rugby, he even went in and made me a Pizza. As a COO at a company with over 200 staff, I'd give Rory five stars.
