Breakfast was good and had a nice range of options, though it seemed like one lovely staff member was handling the whole service on a very busy, full-capacity weekend. The staff in general seemed a bit overwhelmed. The location is excellent, right in the centre. The rooms are a good size and the bed is really comfortable. The hotel is clean, but feels a little dated and could use refurbishment, which apparently is already underway. Also, guests aren't told that you have to request room cleaning. If you don't ask, the room won't be cleaned and the toiletries won't be replaced.

We were put off at first by the exterior, which isn't great, but the inside was lovely. The rooms look newly decorated, with big comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The continental buffet breakfast was the best we've had while staying in Ireland. Great location too, and free street parking after 6:30pm. We'd recommend this hotel.

It's right in the city centre, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was firm and comfortable, though the pillows felt a bit floppy to me. There’s no air conditioning, and with the windows open for airflow it can get a little noisy. Breakfast had a very nice spread. Sorry, my son ate all the strawberries.

Thanks to the staff, especially Lisa, for taking such good care of us. She was friendly, helpful, and kept our little 4-month-old princess entertained. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
