For 110 EUR, the value was incredible. Breakfast was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the TV and reliable hot water were thoughtful amenities. The place was spotless and felt warm and relaxing. I had a fantastic stay at Ivy Clifton near Galway and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Galway. It really made my stay enjoyable.

We went to The Ivy for brunch and came back later for dinner while visiting friends in Clifden for the weekend. The food was delicious, hats off to the chef. In the evening, we had the tapas menu and especially recommend the mushroom ravioli with champagne sauce and the braised beef cheek. Both the adults and kids were happy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we loved the feel and decor of the place. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Clifden.

The inn is cute, the check-in was simple, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I usually enjoy the character of smaller B&Bs, and this one mostly had that charm. Breakfast was supposed to start at 9, but when we came down shortly after, there were only a few guests eating and no staff around. There was hot water for tea, but no juice or coffee, and nobody to ask. It wasn't a huge problem, just disappointing. By our 9:45 checkout, staff were there and drinks were being served, so it seemed to have been sorted. I'd consider coming back, though I'd also look at other places. They seem to have a few staffing issues to work out.

We ended up eating here five nights running, it was that good. The family who own it are lovely and make you feel welcome. The food has a more elevated feel without being overpriced, and the flavours and quality were great. The chef is Italian, and the pasta is especially good and authentic. Definitely try the seafood pasta.
