Miriam welcomed us with a smile and a fresh pot of coffee, and her local knowledge and recommendations made our stay even better. We spent five nights at Bay View House and found the place spotless and furnished to a high standard. Our room was very spacious, with a large comfortable bed, an extra single bed, a modern en-suite, and a lovely dressing room with plenty of hanging space, a dressing table, and several mirrors. There’s no breakfast service now, but plenty of excellent cafés and restaurants are just a short walk away in Clonakilty. We’d gladly recommend it and hope to return.

Miriam is a natural host, warm and lovely to be around, and the walk into town is short. Our room was huge, the bed so comfortable, and everything was spotless. We also had a secure place to keep our bikes. We couldn’t fault our stay with Miriam in Clonakilty and would absolutely recommend it.

The rooms were immaculate and spacious, and Miriam was friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. A friend and I stayed at the beautiful Bay View in August, and she made the whole visit feel special. Thank you, Miriam.

The grounds around the BnB are beautiful, and our room had a wonderful view. It was easy to come and go, with plenty of parking on site, and we loved the location. M was a gracious host, and it’s a gorgeous place to stay. Thanks for all the hospitality. I’ll be back! Jessica from Tampa FL

Miriam was a fantastic host and knew lots about the area. The B and B was beautiful, easy to find, and had plenty of parking. Our room was very comfortable, with spotless beds and bathroom, and it’s only a short walk to the town centre and other amenities.
