Across the gate from Ashford Castle, the B&B is also only an easy 10-minute walk into town. Even in the rain, walking home from the local places in the evening is quite doable. Mary was a friendly host and made us feel right at home. Her breakfast has plenty of options and is wonderful. If you're picturing a quiet, quaint little place with green pastures, narrow roads, and sheep around you, this is the spot. We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Cong.

The room was so comfortable, and Mary was a delight. Her Irish breakfast was delicious, and she was very accommodating about my egg sensitivity. The berry scones were delicious too. I'd definitely recommend staying with her if you're traveling to Cong.

We got a lovely welcome last Friday night, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable. We slept too late and missed breakfast, but the owner kindly drove us into Cong to pick up our car, which we'd left there the day before. Would recommend.

After a long journey, Mary greeted us so warmly. Our room was comfortable and had a stunning view, and at breakfast there was plenty to choose from. The cooked breakfast was delicious. We arrived later in the evening during a road trip with my wife, and our host made us feel welcome straight away. Booking was easy, the room was lovely, and breakfast the next morning was amazing. We couldn't have had a nicer overnight stay. I'd book here again without hesitation if we were back in the area.
