I really enjoyed my stay at Blackmore courts. The staff were respectful, professional and genuinely nice, and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The rooms were standardized with guest comfort clearly considered. For the money, the service was a pleasant surprise. It’s centrally located and worked well for a home-style stay with several friends or family. I’d recommend it to anyone travelling to Ireland Cork for business or leisure.

I stayed two nights a week for four weeks. The location was great, with everything within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and mostly quite spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and the kitchen has all the utensils and plates you need. Would definitely recommend.

The beds were comfortable, though the place felt a bit cold. Staff were available, and the location was good. We had to share the toilet with another room, so having our own would have been better.

The place is very well located in the centre of Cork, and all the rooms and the wc were very clean. Our first night was noisy. My aunt thought the woman in the next bedroom might have been in pain, as she moaned all night and the bed was shaking 😉😉

The cooking pans in the kitchen were dirty, and the small double beds had very uncomfortable mattresses. Take care when booking through the website: it gives the impression you’re booking a flat, but you actually get a room in a flat with a shared kitchen and bathroom.
