Carole Ville Bed and Breakfast

We spent three nights at Blackrock Carole Ville Bed & Breakfast in early December, and Susan and her family made us feel more at home than any five-star hotel could. Their kindness and hospitality were wonderful, and we’ll definitely return. The room and facilities were welcoming, comfortable and cosy, and breakfast was generous and good quality. For us, there’s no other option in Cork.

Susan was a warm, welcoming host, and the ensuite room where my daughter and I stayed was spacious and cosy. Breakfast was great, especially the porridge. The house is handy for Cork city centre, with buses running right outside and parking in the driveway. Thanks, Susan. We look forward to staying again.

The best part of this lovely, well-kept place is the hosts. Susie and Denis are charming and made us feel at home from the start. Even when we first got in touch on WhatsApp to book, they were very kind. We stayed a few weeks ago with friends, and the rooms were beautiful and spotless. Susie was always around if we needed anything, and made us a varied, delicious buffet breakfast. They also gave us helpful tips on what to see along our route, which we really appreciated as first-time visitors. Thank you so much for your kindness. Aurora
