There were no disruptions overnight, the room was warm, and the bus stop right next to the hotel makes it easy to get into the centre in five minutes on a cheap bus. The beds and sheets were cosy, with towels and soap in the ensuite, easy hot water, and free WiFi. Everything was very clean, with lots of thoughtful little touches, and housekeeping set it all right between nights. The concierge was charming and offered plenty of help when asked. I’ve paid much more for far less. Absolutely perfect.

The staff were excellent and helped so much when I was trying to get a taxi to the airport in jammed traffic. I was worried and cold from the rain, so they made me a nice cup of tea and dried my clothes. A cosy room and delicious food made it a perfect stay.

For a budget room, it was spacious and pretty comfortable. The owners were friendly, and the continental breakfast was tasty.

Rooms are a little dated, but very clean and good value for money. The city centre is close, about a 12-15 minute walk, and breakfast was great.

I felt welcome the whole time. The staff were really great, breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable and quiet. A lovely place.
