The location was easy to manage on foot, about 15 to 20 minutes from the city centre. The nearest grocery store was perhaps a 10-minute walk, buses in both directions stopped right outside, and there were a couple of nearby pubs for an evening drink. Laundry facilities were on the first floor. My studio had pretty much everything needed, with a spacious, nicely decorated room and a modernized style that still let the old Irish house show through. Room service during the week was a helpful bonus. Denise, the landlord, was easy to reach and wonderful to communicate with when questions or a few problems came up. A pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it as a temporary place to live.

Glad we found this lovely, clean house. Denice and the staff were very nice, and everything you need is nearby.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for two days. It's close to the city centre, there's free parking for hotel guests, and the staff were really friendly.

It was spacious, very clean and well equipped, and Grand Parade was a 10 to 15 minute walk away. I would've liked to stay longer.

I believe the cleaner here took my buddy's Oral-B electric toothbrush.
