The Bangers and Mash with those caramelized onions is still on my mind, highly, highly recommend it. We came to The Dingle Pub for dinner and had a short wait, so we got a pint and listened to the live music first. The dining room was really cozy, and we enjoyed trying some traditional dishes. The service was great, and the staff were clearly doing their best to get everyone in and enjoying the experience.

We liked lunch so much we came back for dinner. The seafood chowder was a lovely way to warm up after driving the Dingle Slea Head Drive in March, especially in the rain. At dinner I had Irish stew with local brown bread and a pint of Murphy’s. There was a great atmosphere, with patrons and two excellent Trad Irish bands, one starting at 6:00pm and the next at 9:00pm. The service was amazing too. Highly recommend if you’re in Dingle.

We stayed in the rooms as well, and they were great. The pub itself was a treat for an evening out, with excellent food, a brilliant atmosphere, and slick service. The highlight was the owner arriving and doing Irish dancing. It’s a fabulous, well-run Irish bar and definitely worth visiting.

The best fish and chips I had on my whole trip. We got to see some live Irish dancing too. If you want something really sweet, order the sticky toffee pudding.

The place was rocking, and a professional Irish dancer kept people entertained for most of the night. He had great wit and got the audience involved. Quite a treat!
