The host who made breakfast was incredibly kind, and the food was amazing. We arrived early and they took our bags up to the room right away. I slept better than I ever have. The room was so peaceful, the temperature was just right, and the bed and bedding were pristine and incredibly comfortable. There wasn’t a speck of dust. And that view from bed! I could have stayed there for a week. This was my favorite part of our whole week in Ireland, and my favorite place I’ve ever stayed. It had the coziness of a B&B with the cleanliness of a hotel, and felt a bit like staying in a wealthy relative’s home. When we come back, I want to stay for a few nights and would happily pay double. We’re so grateful we stayed here. It couldn’t have been more wonderful.

The proprietor was so nice and helpful, and the place has lovely views of the ocean and farmland. I asked where I could get a soda locally, and he pointed me to a couple of shops. When we came down for breakfast, he had a cold Coke waiting for me. That’s going out of your way to make a customer happy. Great people!

Everything about this house is marvelous. It’s beautiful, and breakfast was amazing. I arrived early in September, and Mary made me a sandwich and coffee to fuel my afternoon exploring along the cliffs. Sadly, the southern trails were closed, so I had to drive to the visitors center and walk from there. Still, it was a wonderful stay.

The location was quiet, the rooms were quite comfortable, and breakfast was delicious and just right. Mark and Mary were excellent hosts and very accommodating. Merci beaucoup! André

The highlight is Mark, the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble, and he makes the stay memorable. This was our second visit and just as nice as the first. I’d return without hesitation. It’s close to town, the ferries, and the Cliffs of Moher. From our bedroom window we had magnificent views of the cliffs and the Atlantic.
