Cullinan's Guesthouse

Fitz’s across the way has a Monday night session, so make sure you pop in. At Cullinan’s, I had a really lovely stay and was greeted with a thoughtful birthday card and treat. The rooms are modest but quite comfortable, and the breakfast service was excellent.

The area is quiet and beautiful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Cullinan's Guesthouse has well-sized rooms and shared spaces like living rooms for when you want to spend time outside your room. Check-in is across the street at Hotel Doolin, which runs the guesthouse. Hotel Doolin has several handy food options, a pub, a tapas place, and a third eatery, so there’s no need to go farther into town, though it’s a nice walk or a very short drive. The included breakfast was VERY good.

The breakfast was great, and the place itself was nice. The beds were much too soft for me, though. It seems to be overflow accommodation for the main Doolin hotel, so maybe the beds there are better.

There are several places for food, drinks, and music just across the street, and the service was great. The room was really comfortable, with a perfect bed and plenty of room for two. You can hear through the walls a bit, though.
