It’s in a handy spot, with the Aircoach stops at Gresham Hotel and O’Connell Upper about a five-minute walk away. LIDL, ALDI and Tesco are basically next door, and you can walk to shopping centres, Henry St, restaurants, takeaways and Temple Bar. If you find an apartment that’s cheap for Dublin and this area, I’d still recommend it. Just be aware that Greeg Court is a bit dodgy as a holiday rental. The main entrance gives that impression already, and you have to tap your access chip three times just to reach the elevator. I took the stairs once and found beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere, even though we weren’t staying over a weekend. The listing may promise soundproofing, but you can hear everything from the apartments next door. There’s also a lot of noise in the south courtyard by the balconies, even at night.
