We chose a room advertised with “City Views” because my partner has severe anxiety and we wanted a room with a proper outlook. Instead, after checking in, we got a room with a high-up skyline window, about 15 metres up, and no real view at all. The reception staff were both lovely, but they seemed to think the room had windows looking outside rather than a prison-like slit. They couldn’t sort it out that night, so we planned to take it up with management the next day. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Pay a little less and get a lot more.
