At the restaurant inside the hotel called Honey fitz, we felt welcome as soon as we walked in, and I was comfortable and looked after right away. Gradie Tugce really made the meal special. He checked in at the right moments without hovering, refilled drinks, answered menu questions and made recommendations, all with a friendly, professional manner. He genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying ourselves. The other waitresses were kind, efficient and quick to help too. Their teamwork was clear, and service felt smooth and effortless. We never had to wait for anything. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time, highly recommended.

The room worked well for our family with children, and the hotel was flexible about accommodating us together. We appreciated the practical conveniences too, including on-site laundry, a luggage weight, a fitness center and breakfast included, features travelers used to U.S. standards may expect. The hotel is well located. Our stay was pleasant aside from a few problems, and I'd still recommend it. The cleanliness was inconsistent: there were cobwebs on the bathroom mirror, bedding that looked unchanged, and carpeting that didn't feel especially clean. The fire alarm situation was also concerning and badly managed. It went off repeatedly between midnight and approximately 3:00 a.m. with no clear safety protocol. Guests had to evacuate themselves and were left outside in the cold. Eventually another guest called the fire department, and it turned out to be a faulty sensor. Without that intervention, we might have been outside all night. It was disruptive, so I deducted one star. Shout out to the front desk agent from the netherland, I'm sorry I forgot your name, but we absolutely loved you.

The riverfront location made it easy to get to museums and get around, and the Hop-on bus stops right outside. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with a huge bathroom and plenty of hot water. Reception was welcoming, and Lateet checked us in quickly, found us a room for an early Sunday check-in, and told us about the amenities and nearby attractions.

We had dinner at Honey Fits on two nights, and Alejandro served us both times. He was warm, attentive and had a great personality. The food was tasty, and both the meals and drinks arrived quickly. We did run into booking complications with the hotel, but Caoimhe was very helpful and got much of it sorted out fast.
